Complete Seismic Retrofit of brick and wood office building, structure originally built in 1906. Work consisted of Structural steel and misc metals, including Viking Steel’s assistance with the design/build of two new metal stairs, steel plate diaphragm anchored to existing brick at each floor level, strengthening of original wood columns, wooden roof truss’, and wooden girders.
